There is nothing that gives me more enjoyment and satisfaction than seeing the joy and excitement of my client’s reaction after finding their dream home!  It gives me a feeling of fulfillment to hear them express how much they love & appreciate their home and how it has enhanced their lives months and years later.

My approach to assisting buyer clients is consultative by nature. I make a significant effort to really listen to what’s important in their lifestyle choices, floor plan layout, architectural styles, neighborhood preferences, choice of schools, budget and everything that they share about their goals, priorities, and dreams. I then make an exhaustive effort staying on top of evolving inventory daily, assessing and vetting properties, communicating with listing agents and encouraging my clients to stay the course until we have secured the home of their dreams.

When selling your home, it matters who you choose for representation. There is a difference between just listing and selling it, as compared with maximizing your home’s equity benefiting from the impact of a comprehensive, successful marketing strategy.  I’m often able to increase or leverage my client’s equity using the cost-free benefits of the Compass Concierge program. They also profit from my years of experience in knowing how to increase market appeal, elite caliber staging, world-class photography, local and international marketing platforms, the use of cutting-edge technology and social media. 

I’ve been a full-time resident and real estate broker exclusively in the Seattle and Eastside for more than 15 years.  As a result, I have an intimate knowledge of our unique niche neighborhoods and can often make recommendations of desirable areas that are great fits for my client’s lifestyle choices and budget.

My extensive real estate experience includes luxury estates, new construction, relocation, condos, multi-family, investment, 1031 exchanges, and commercial properties throughout King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Island counties.  I’ve also worked extensively with builders on condo conversions and new construction projects.

In 2019, I was selected to be a member of the Coast to Coast Network, which is comprised of an elite group of the top realtors and brokers in the nation.

I take pride in conducting all aspects of my business with ethics, transparency, and honesty.

My diverse education and business background have assisted me in being successful in my real estate career. Including a BA degree from the University of Florida and double master’s degrees (MBA & MSHA) from the University of Colorado. 

My multi-lingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and being fluent in English also enable me to assist international clients interested in either relocating to Seattle or in diversifying their portfolios to include Puget Sound’s real estate investment opportunities. Multi-lingual skills also benefit my Seattle seller clients, as there is a large footprint of Asian buyers in Seattle. It’s a communication and marketing advantage when representing my clients and their properties.
