These are the values that Annie Clougherty has been bringing to her clients since starting in Orange County real estate in 2002. Her commitment is clear, as her clients consistently note her professionalism, honesty, expertise, and attention to detail. Her number one priority is making the home buying and selling process as stress-free for her clients as possible.

Annie began establishing a proven track record from the start. After being recruited by a top agent to work on the sales side of real estate, she managed to grow the business from six listings to over 80 in just three years. In 2006, Annie began to pursue work independently, collaborating with many high-end brokerages for over a decade. Drawn to the unique opportunity and innovative attitude Compass offered, Annie became part of the firm in October 2017, where she has since joined forces with her current team. Having been born and raised in Orange County, Annie can give her clients firsthand knowledge about the communities she serves. Her passion for Newport and Costa Mesa is obvious, and she has a comprehensive knowledge of the area’s best restaurants, shops, schools, beaches, and more.

Annie is actively involved in the community and enjoys giving back. She has served as the PTO President of Saint Joachim School for three years and was previously the Auction Fundraising Chair. Annie is also part of local women’s groups, including ROAR and Orange County Moms Networking Group, which empower her to connect with fellow female entrepreneurs.

Annie currently lives in Bayshores with her three children and a husband of 17 years. During her free time, Annie loves getting out and moving--some of her favorite activities include paddleboarding, yoga, and biking. The family also enjoys spending time at the Balboa Bay Club and enjoying the delicious restaurants on 17th street.
