Mary Pong

Born in China, I have experienced living in many beautiful places, including Guilin, Miami, Naples, Tampa, Denver and Chicago… however, after coming to Seattle over 15 years ago, I knew that I had found home!

I brought a diverse education and business background into my real estate career. Including a BA degree from the University of Florida and double master’s degrees (MBA & MSHA) from the University of Colorado.

My extensive real estate experience includes luxury estates, new construction, relocation, condos, multi-family, investment, 1031 exchanges and commercial properties throughout King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Island counties. I’ve also worked extensively with builders on condo conversions and new construction projects.

My approach to assisting clients is extensively consultative in nature. I invest a significant effort to really listen to what’s important in their lifestyle choices, floor plan layout, architectural styles, neighborhood preferences, choice of schools, budget and everything that they share about their goals and dreams. I then make an exhaustive effort to focus my search, assess properties and then make recommendations that will enhance their lives.

There is nothing that gives me more joy and excitement than finding a dream home for appreciative clients! I also take pride in conducting all aspects of a business with ethics, transparency and honesty. 

My multi-lingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and being fluent in English also enable me to assist international clients interested in either relocating to Seattle or in diversifying their portfolios to include Puget Sound’s real estate investment opportunities. Multi-lingual skills also benefit my Seattle seller clients, as this is a communication and marketing advantage that expands the pool of buyers for their properties.
